Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

  3. Shipping Rates: At Jaipur Bling, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders through our standard shipping method. For customers who prefer EXPRESS shipping, ADDITIONAL CHARGES will apply. Please note that express shipping orders are PREPAID only and express shipping requests are only taken via whatsapp on +91 8076524794.

  4. International Shipping: We currently offer free international shipping on orders above 20000 Rs to selected countries.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Return Policy:

At Jaipur Bling, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to address concerns fairly while maintaining the quality of our handcrafted jewelry.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order, ONLY if the item is found to be defective or damaged.  

Please note that our jewellery is handmade, which may result in minor variations in finishing. Additionally, product photos are captured under professional lighting to highlight intricate details, which may cause slight color variations. These aspects are not considered defects and, as such, do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. To ensure the authenticity of the claim, it is mandatory for customers to provide a video of the unboxing of our packaging.

The video should include:

1.⁠ ⁠A clear uncut recording/video of the box from all sides before opening it.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠The unboxing process, showing the contents being removed from the packaging.

This video serves as proof of the product's condition and ensures a smooth return or exchange process.

Note: If the video does not show the box from every side prior to unboxing, the return or exchange request will not be entertained.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@jaipurbling.com or whatsapp at 8076524794 Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please pack the item securely and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 

  2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
